I had lots of fun coming up with this chili recipe. This was the first time I had made Chili Beans. I made a few changes to the recipe in order to give you a full 5 quart crock-pot full of chili beans with lots of meat.

I was looking for something new to make for the Holidays so I researched 'Red Salad' online, found a recipe and changed it up to suit my taste. I needed something that my mother would eat because she really watches her diet. This dish turned out so much better than I anticipated.
